I have practiced tax controversy for more than 30 years. I earned a master’s degree (LL.M.) in tax law following law school and previously served for seven years as an adjunct professor of tax law, teaching income as well as estate & gift taxation. I have also testified as an expert witness in state court on complex federal tax matters.My practice focuses on tax collection issues.
